General Help On Using Web-Based E-mail

   When logging in to web-based e-mail, remember that your user ID is your FULL E-MAIL ADDRESS!!! This is the single most common cause of failed logins. If your e-mail address is jim@bxohio.net, then your user ID is jim@bxohio.net.

   Once you've logged in, there are two very important things to notice. First is the list of options underneath the mailbox summary. The personal options let you customize how your own mailbox works. This includes such things as vacation auto responses, changing your password and your user information.
   If you have been designated as an administrator for your domain, you will also a second column of options called Administrator Options. These options will allow you to manage the users and aliases in your domain.

   The second thing you'll want to notice is the HELP option in the button bar in the upper left corner of every page within the mail interface. This help button will provide you with detailed information on the page you're on at the time. If you want detailed information on how the vacation message works, click on the Change Vacation Message option, then click on the Help button on that page and you'll get detailed information on how that option works.
